Acceptance of Terms

Using the wd33 Platform means you have read, understood and accepted all provisions in these Terms. These Terms take effect as soon as you begin using the wd33 website, whether through a web browser or any mobile device.

wd33 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be published on this page. The responsibility to review updates rests entirely with the user.

User Eligibility

The wd33 Platform is intended solely for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period from any gambling platform.
• Registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a company or commercial entity.
• Capable of making sound decisions and not acting under external pressure.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The information required includes your full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, an email address and your date of birth.

wd33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of address and payment method details. Refusal to provide these documents may result in account suspension.

• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential.
• Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
• Transferring an account to another individual is prohibited.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed without further notice.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The wd33 Platform accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50. wd33 does not charge any additional fees for standard transactions. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges that are outside wd33's control.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is confirmed. wd33 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes without affecting the user's right to their legitimate balance.

• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same user's name.
• wd33 does not accept payments from third parties. All transactions must come from an account held in the user's own name.
• Any activity indicating fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotion Terms

wd33 offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and validity periods set for each respective promotion.

Welcome Bonus: A 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM1,500 is available to new members. The wagering requirement is 20 times (20x) the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, resulting in a balance of RM200 with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Second example: a deposit of RM3,200 yields a bonus of RM1,500 (the maximum cap), giving a total balance of RM4,700 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through account combinations or clearly hedging betting strategies will result in the bonus being voided.
• wd33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any related winnings if the promotion terms are violated.
• No other promotions are guaranteed for all users — each offer is stated separately on the platform.

VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

wd33 operates a VIP programme consisting of five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression depends on the user's level of activity and loyalty on the platform.

The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback credits are based on eligible gaming activity within the relevant weekly period. wd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP programme with reasonable notice to members.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the wd33 platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account at the same time or in rotation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technological tools to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system.
• Colluding with other users to split bonus winnings or manipulate bets.
• Uploading or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory or disruptive to other users.
• Misusing the live chat facility or support email with offensive language or threats.
• Taking any action that undermines the integrity of the platform or the interests of other users.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the wd33 website, including text, graphics, user interfaces, logos, brand names and software, is the exclusive property of wd33 or its respective licensors.

Users are not permitted to:

• Copy, redistribute, republish or exploit any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Imitate or create websites resembling wd33 for fraudulent purposes.
• Use wd33's brand name, logo or visual assets without prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by wd33.

Limitation of Liability

The wd33 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. wd33 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors or temporary data loss. Users are responsible for ensuring the protection of their own personal data.

wd33 will not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, except as required by applicable law.

wd33's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the balance held in the user's account at the time the claim is made.

Account Closure and Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting wd33 customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period after identity verification is completed.

wd33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• The user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The user is found to have provided false information during registration or verification.
• There are instructions from the relevant authority or licensing body requiring closure.

For legitimate closures that do not involve any breach, any remaining account balance will be returned to the user via the registered payment method once the review is complete.

Responsible Gambling

wd33 is committed to responsible gambling practices. This platform is for entertainment purposes only and is not a source of income. Users who experience difficulty controlling their gambling are advised to seek help promptly.

• Set deposit limits or loss limits through customer support.

Amendment of Terms

wd33 reserves the right to review and update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or to their registered email.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
